At Oxford Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new attire isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and swing tags remain attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized postal drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
